Your Amazon.co.uk selling privileges have been removed
 

Hi

I have been told my account is suspended per appeal, the reason is ratings.

I had to cancel two orders and both gave 1 out of 5 stars and another gave 1 out of 5 stars with the description of ‘Some idiot decided that it is a good idea to alter my address and delete my internal company number (10477) from it. This wasn’t a good idea and caused me delays in finding the shipment’ I have no idea what this is about and Amazon and the buyer have refused to remove it.

This has caused my overall rating to drop below 4 out of 5.

Now I have sold 161 items with 2 negative feedback which was unfortunately out of my control.

They have said I can appeal, but what would my appeal look like?

You have to type up a well written, bullet point, appeal addressing the issues that caused your suspension.

Then cover the steps neatly outlined on how these same issues won't occur again based on what you changed about the business plan

If its your first suspension related to a defect rate/ratings you should be able to recover as long as you address all the issues
