Verification amazon

Ok so I tried opening my individual stealth account but I hit a rock amazon not accepting my ID and Bank statement. Documents are ok as I have tested similar on pro account and it worked flawlessly. So is there any particular problem opening individual accounts?

No particular issue just a much higher fail rate than usual these days
