If my accounts get linked

If I have an amazon account that is in good standing, and get caught making a stealth account, will both my accounts get shut down? Or just the stealth account?

I doubt that would fly. If you play dumb they'll probably think you're a fraud victim who had their CC # stolen or something.

Theoretically speaking. My main account is in good standing. I am just weighing the risk if going stealth for backup is a good idea

I see. Any experience with this? Would it be easy to get back the account if suspended and just get rid of the stealth?

If both accounts are in good standing, I've seen Amazon send out a warning message via email stating that you cannot have multiple accounts and that you should only maintain your first store.

But that was a long time ago

Set up the proper measures to ensure they dont get linked, fresh IP, New pc etc.

Yes, I will be doing absolutely everything I possibly can. Just weighing out the consequences though and seeing if it is worth it to open a stealth since my main account has no problems at all

Its worth it to have a back up going just make sure to not accidentally get them linked
