New stealth account help
just got my new account up....i see of course amazon has new requirement, that my old real account ever had to deal with....this is there following for approval for diff categories
3 requirement are
1)invoice
2)images and then
3)
"a. Upload FDA Registration (Screenshot from the FDA website).
b. Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certificate.
c. Certificate of Analysis (COA)
d. 510(K) Premarket Notification"
anyone have any ideas on this, anyone have any sources that can handle this etc?
i have invoice images etc, but this new for me, anyone deal with this at all? |
