Suspended for Invoice + Auth. letter

I just had the same problem. Tried to verify with invoices and authorization letter but it says the same message. Now the account have no more appeals left so it’s basically dead. Not sure why it happened since the created invoices and letter was made exactly to the manufacturer website. Did not receive no calls either. Anyone know what I did wrong ?

I've had the same issue these days. It's not like I'm doing a major brand, I own the brand on another account. They just keep repeating the same exact nonsense, seems to be an issue everyone is experiencing.

Ok guys it's very simple. Amazon has a list of suppliers that are white listed. They also do their research on any new supplier that an amazon account provided an invoice for. If they deem it an illegitimate (in their eyes supplier), they'll give you that template. It means they don't recognize your supplier as a supplier. It doesn't matter if the invoices are real or not.

Let’s say the brand I’m selling is xxx and I go to xxx.com and make a creative invoice stating that all products are bought from xxx.com and all the information is based on their website . how can it not be a verified supplier ?

It could work I know many people that do that very thing

But if you want the highest rate of success, you'll need legit vendors that amazon knows of, accepting the call to confirm stock purchases

I summited invoices with phone number that can be verified but amazon never called
