unable to access my amz account but my item is still selling
 

1. Today when i tried to login to my seller account it gave me the error: "There was an error with your E-Mail/Password or Phone/Password combination. Please try again"

2. I tried to reset the password but when i put the email address in the box, it also gave me the same error

3. I checked my listing and they are still active with price. Tried to make an order from my amazon shop and it successfully went through

Whats going on?

Sounds like the account was blocked/closed

Nothing can be done really, you can try reaching out to jeff@amazon.com but I would not expect much

blocked would be all listings are deleted.

I had that before my seller account was active but i bought something and they couldnt verify my cc so they blocked access to the buyer account which blocked access to the seller account but the account was active.

Ring buyer support and see what they say.

i contacted the support, they gave me the reset password link which is useless. since whenever i type in my phone or email for password reset, it said incorrect. should i email Jeff at this point?

Try clearing all cookies and logging in again

Sounds closed or blocked however, I experienced this about a month ago where I couldnt login and the password resets were useless but I left it for the day, cleared the data and was then able to relogged in.
