Creating listings and IP complaints
 

If you create a listing, and the manufacturer files a IP complaint for that asin, but you no longer have that asin in your inventory, do you still get hit with an ip complaint?

Anyone know? I have figured out when the manufacturer files ip complaints and avoid them by deleting my listings but I am worried that if I create a listing and then delete it my name is still attached to that asin....

You may, if you no longer have it up just give it time and you'll find out via email

to confirm....

You do not receive ip complaints if you dont have the item in your inventory when they file the ip complaint even if you sold that item in the past. but if you create the listing(and no longer have it in your inventory), when the manufacturer files the complaint you still get a warning?
