Getting creative with Verifying ID

Kinda confused on what were supposed to do for Driver's license or passport verification. Are we just supposed to "get creative" when entering the info, and "getting creative" with a service if amazon asks for pictures?

If amazon asks for proof of documentation, it is going to need to match all of the details on the account.
