Amazon Cubic Priority Mail won't scan
 

Hello all,
Anyone here using Amazon Cubic Priority to ship item?
I have a problem with just the Cubic Priority Mail. It won't scan at the post office.
All order label was scan fine with no problem at all but the Cubic won't scan at all of there station (POS or handheld scanner)
Last month I dropped almost 100 packages with out knowing it won't scan. Week after that I got lot of email from customer why not ship out their order. I check the tracking number and they all show label created on that day but no update. I almost wet my pant.
I went to post office and talked to a man I know for 20 years at the post office, he said all of the cubic one won't scan, if it was him, he will manually key it in, but other person don't do that.
I got couple neg feedback for this and I though I will loose the account over this problem but it is OK now.

Just want to see if anyone have the same problem as I have.
I have a barcode scanner at home and my scanner scan it ok.

It may be because USPS eliminated Commercial Plus pricing and cubic rates were part of commercial plus pricing. I use stamps.com for postage and we used to print a lot of labels with a cubic rate, but I haven't seen any this week. All have been "zone # 2lb rate" or whatever it says.

If it's no longer a valid class of mail that would explain why labels aren't scanning for the PO. Did you print these labels with the pre-27th pricing?

Forever labels would still be valid, so does sound like they are technically underpaid now. May want to refund those asap !!!

They are both before and after Jan 27.

AMZ did finally get scan forms implemented recently into their shipping program so I'm guessing it's not entirely unlikely something is wonky with their service.
