Hi guys. I would like to avoid formatting the PC. I have Windows 10, just create a new user and set a vpn? is it prudent? for this account I should use real data but my ADSL connection is already banned.

Virtual box is free and works well, check that one out as well

I use free version Vmware for 5 yrs now. No issues.
