Negative Feedback Bombings
 
First off, been lurking for a while and nice to join this forum.

So a competitor is obviously pissed with me as Im getting bombed with negative feedback, 20 in a row...lol

Anyone know steps to rectify this? Ive emailed amazon itself. Anyone else know how to give this person a taste of his own medicine?

This is one of the reasons I don't go near AZN with a 10 foot pole.

All you can really do is give them a call and see if they can do anything.

At least with eBay, you won't have this issue, and in the unlikely event you do, there is a process to deal with it.

All you can do is put together a well written list of your competitors and proof they are sabotaging your listings

You will need to go to Amazon, tell them what is happening and then hope that Amazon do something about it.

yup thats what I ended up doing. All the phone numbers are ⊗⊗⊗⊗, hopefully they will fix this.

I had the same issue they suspended my account haven’t been able to fix it

Try to prove it is your competitors doing this.

Contact Amazon and see what they can do. Try and create a portfolio indicating that it is your competitors that are the one's doing it (which will be tricky).

happening to me now. can't believe it seems to be nothing but a lost cause. yet i get emaisl every day from AMZ boasting about how they love their sellers.

neg feedback, a-to-z claims and reporting my items as dangerous. had to put account on vacay before it's too late. and of course AMZ customer service has ignored me on every attempt.

I have experienced this before and I found the best way was just hounding customer support with all the evidence I had.
