Amazon send a noticed that our account is linked to another account that can not be used to sell products on our site, how could I appeal?

You cant appeal this. You could play dumb and say you are not related but I believe thats for another email where amazon candidly asks if you have any other accounts. Here they are blantily stating "We linked you, you dun goofed"

Get in to full detail on your accounts, how they were made, what they were selling, how old they were, what you did to create them, what info was used, etc.

From my experience acting confused/apologetic for doing something that could have caused the link is your best bet at getting reinstated

Usually they have conclusive evidence of multiple stores linked, so you can't exactly say its not true
