Competitor changes pictures
 

Hello, recently I ran into the problem of competitor changing the pics on some of my listings to something unrelated to products I sell. He keeps doing it every day. And I can't change it back for some reason what can I do?

Same thing happened to me recently. You go to customer support and submit a listing update request. I dont know if it stops the person from doing it again but if they do I'm going to ask if they can block them as it's clearly an attack.

how is that possible if it's your posting? they have access to your account?

Yea, how they were able to do it in the first place is a mystery at this point. Like why would AMZ approve a change to a shoes listing to a picture of shorts is beyond me. Amazon's catalog is about as socialist as you can get though. It's a terrible format and encourages maliscious behaviour.

Its a problem many people having been dealing with for a while

All you can do is report the seller/problem and hope performance helps you out

So pretty much anyone can upload "dildos" on anybodies listings and that targeted seller can be in big trouble. It's so wrong
