Banned 8.5 years ago. Chance to get account back?
 

Hi Guys,

I was banned about 8 1/2 years ago from selling on amazon. I was selling a decent amount of new software/video games, and ended up selling about 50 pre-orders of a game. In the end I only ended up getting stock for about 33 of the 50 units, and 17 had to be cancelled/refunded and were not delivered to the customer on release day.

This caused my account to be banned. I never tried selling on it since then, or opening a new one to sell on. I emailed amazon seller about a week ago, and haven't heard anything back.

You guys think there is a chance they will reopen it?

Really depends on what you say to them. Gotta own mistakes in AMZs eyes, even if you weren't at fault. (Felt like I was being bent over and spanked).

But video games... I would think you'd need to be a registered merchant... might explain the delayed response / reluctance.

Hi, As I believe I mentioned in my previous messages but let me tell you again.

My personal account was suspended by Amazon in 2007 due to I sold some ⊗⊗⊗⊗ items.

After 4 years I contacted them to reopen and they asked me to send then plan of action.

However, in 2017 they suspended my login and I was unable to log in.

I contacted seller support, they said to make a new account with same detail but different email.

I did that and account was suspended as linked again right away. Now, I contacted Seller performance and explain each and everything regarding my previous account.

They reinstated my account in 2 hours, however, they asked me to submit ID and all

I submitted ID and it was approved after 1 month, they then requested for company detail, I did and it was approved.

Now, I have all 3 main marketplaces, EU, US and JP active running

AMazon is very tough, you can keep trying but I doubt you'll get that account back.

if you hacen't already, I recommend amazon ghost to make your new accounts correctly

If you have not reached out to the escalation department jeff@amazon.com - you can always try that as a last ditch effort

Explain your case, the steps you have taken to never let it happen again, provide as much legit documentation as possible etc

i highly doubt making a new acct with the same details will work iif your old acct was suspended before. amazon doesnt work like that

but i guess only way to really know is to try it
