Amazon Account Taken Down Verify
 

Our account was just taken down out of nowhere with 0 policy warnings or issues. The account has been up for about 6 months and have all good metrics. We just got this message

Your Amazon selling account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed. Funds will not be transferred to you but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.

Why did this happen?
We arrived at this decision because we were unable to verify information related to your seller account, or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history.

How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your selling account, please send us the following:
A plan of action that explains:
-- The root cause(s).
-- The actions you have taken to resolve the notices of infringement or violation of Amazon’s policies.
-- The steps you have taken to prevent infringement or violating Amazon’s policies.


I am obviously going to appeal but just need some input on what to put. Any help would be great

It could be the products that you were selling

Maybe you missed some complaints

Or you have some aggressive competitors

Regardless you'll need a well worded POA along with legit invoices to confirm stock inventory

this happens a a lot as Beautiful says, you need a well worded POA, and then you should be able to get your account back without any issues

Check your Refunds/Returns Report and address excatly the issues that caused ANY returns, exchanges or refunds.

This was my mistake originally when I filled my POA. It got rejected within 1hr.

I read, read and red some more how to create a POA. Then I found the report and addressed the exact complaints and was re-instated within 30 minutes.
