Failed Verification Amazon Said will release money have not
 
I failed verification in July and Amazon Said they will pay me in January now they are not answering my emails they even gave me a date but did not release

I have tried the jeff and md email but haven't received a reply, please can help or advise?

If you're not getting anywhere with seller performance, payments, or jeff@amz, your next step is seeking legal action.

i was able to get money from the UK with legal help, cost me 30% but got payed around 5000 GBP

its about 3000 and I don't know why it failed verification all original documents on my cousin name

whats the legal route smalls claim court?

also its was original stock FBA so no problem in stock, also they have some of the stock still at FBA

how long have you waited for a reply from Jeff? once escalated to this department, replies usually take longer, so patience is sometimes key.

otherwise seek legal action
