Can someone explain

Why does Amazon accept utility bill/ID/business license and on other accounts deny the same exact document?

Everything is the same during creation. Are they really just randomly choosing? If so that’s ridiculous and hard to believe?

That's the way it goes

Legit stores with legit business made around the account will have vast more information to send in to verify an account

They are weeding out the less serious sellers
