Suspension, Long Review, How Long??

I have been suspended for over 6 weeks. I got the kiss of death email, "we may not reply any further about this issue." So I escalated the case to Jeff. Within a week, they replied that they are still reviewing my account and will email me when they are finished. How long do reviews take when they go through Jeff? It's been 2 weeks and silence. Are cases ever forgotten about with no reply ever?

reviews and replies from Jeffs higher escalation team can take up to 30/45days

Yep typically 30 days, usually sooner than that time frame

You should be getting a response any day now at 2 weeks in
