Requirements for amazon stealth?
 

There's a lot of mix reviews on this forums after reading the amazon ghost guide initially.

1. Do we create a S-corp LLC or single members LLC for stealth?

2. If you've used your passport to verify your first account that still exist or is banned, can you use the same passport to verify your stealth account if Amazon asks you to verify your stealth account?

3. What if your bank account's address is different from the one stated on your passport during the ID verification process?

4. Do you put your legal name in the tax interview part of the sign up process if you've already used the same name in your first account?

1. Single is OK
2. Nope, not recommended.
3. It doesn't matter.
4. Nope, you use new, fresh data.

You can use your driver license if you've already used your passport, most people can make 2 shops with their real information

My license has my home address and DOB that's exactly the same as my current account though, that's what's mind boggling

Same DOB increases chance of linkage.

In my case my old suspended account from several years ago in my real name did not require an ID to open so I do not believe they know my DOB. The only linkage is my name and potential similiar asins sales.

yeah, seems like my only option is to partner with a friend or use a relative's info.

But how would I go about making the tax responsibilities under my name instead of being them?

Research other threads. Look for threads where "jeff" (guy with cat a avatar) comments hes very knowledgeable. Also - You'll just use their identity to create the account then change the legal entity to LLC/EIN I believe. Personally I wouldnt risk using relative or friends info as their actions can destroy your business if they create an amazon account or have one already without your knowledge and/or you both access your accounts knowingly or not at eachothers houses using the same IP. It can get complicated.

I dont use EIN/LLC (im in canada) so I forget the exact procedure. Spend a few days google searching like this:

So I found an option, which is to sell under my friend's name for some time and then we'll incorporate into a partnership.
