suspensions for inauthentic
 

Hi guys.
That my acc has been suspened because of inauthentic
they need invoice, ID Order number and ASINS but I'm Dropship and i dont have invoices so how can i solve it ??? i have a lot of money in balance !!
please help me

This is becoming more and more common
as mentioned above you need to get really creative or have the real invoices

There are a few people in the forum who can possibly help you reinstating the account.
Apart from good service you'll also need some good luck as well. :)

There are some people that make invoices. Amazon has even verified them and gotten me reinstated.

You definitely need invoices for this.
Did a customer report you for inauthenticity or did amazon just nab you on their own?

Where are you dropshipping from? Usually the company you are buying from should have some kind of receipt/invoices you can use

aslong as your invoices are legit or very creative then it should not be a problem to continue selling your products :)

You must be very creative with your invoices and careful. If you sell branded items this will eventually happen to you as soon as a customer sneezes inauthentic you have to start producing invoices.

But be very careful with the creative invoices.

I.E. check and clean meta data, careful also how you submit them to Amzon.
