Can I file an LLC in my own name? Does Amazon have access to the LLC information? Thank you!

you have to file your company in your own name and social security number.

Amazon will never see it.
That being said, Paypal recently has been asking for articles of incorporation papers with owners names. It is an easy fix if needed.

Agreed on the above.

make sure that you follow the steps on amazon ghost very carefully and file your LLC correctly as well and keep using the business name at all times

Hey yankee. If PayPal is asking for the articles of incorporation and the LLC is under your banned address is it possible to get creative, or will you need to change the address attached to your LLC?

Does PayPal have any way of verifying the real address connected to your LLC?

No just change the details on the document and you'll be fine.

I see people saying PayPal asks for Articles of Incorporation. How does one get creative? I'm about to get my paperwork(hopefully soon) for my LLC and now I'm worried it's for nothin

If this was the case, would having a registered agent on the form instead of you cover this?

Not at all. They are not an owner.

You would have to have docs edited. Something not allowed to be talked about here on aspkin for good reason.
