Hello,

I received this email after sending in my DL and CC statement for new account verification:

----Dear Seller,

We are unable to verify the documents you provided. As a result:

If you are registering as a new Seller, you will not be allowed to sell on Amazon.
If you are an existing Seller who has already been selling on Amazon, your selling privileges will not be immediately removed. We will keep you informed in a separate email.
If you believe our decision is not correct, please contact Seller Support.
----

Does this mean that my accounts were linked? I have an account under my name that is in good standing.

Are the documents you subitted the same as the other account under your name?

Was this a new account?

Unable to verify hmm what alterations did you do? Maybe quality wasn't the best?

Perhaps there were errors in the information you submitted

Im thinking the quality maybe the problem. I contacted my creative supplier so hopefully I can get it fixed.

Im wondering what I would email Amazon? Would something along the lines of this be viable?

Only thing I can think of is my DOB not being the same on the DL and AMEX CC statement.

But CC statement dosent have DOB on it. Only way they could verify that is if they contacted AMEX. Im sure they wouldn't actually call AMEX to verify that?

How long did it take for amazon to reply you after you submitted the information? Im trying to make new stealth accounts but amazon have not replied me for over a week since i sent them the documents

No, Amex cannot give out information like this.
Double check the info on the docs match exactly the account.
Otherwise its the quality.

It varies hugely sometimes it can be weeks other times in can be hours.

However, for me personally, its usually a day or so.

if they cannot verify the docs, could be a quality issue if you have been creative.
I would get on and create another stealth acc in the meanwhile, you can never have too many accounts...

Interestingly, they sent me an email the next day saying my tax identity information is invalid?

I applied for a new Legitimate LLC and gave that information..

The email says to enter the tax identity information into the short interview process in my seller account. The thing is, I cannot login to my seller account as it has never been verified / opened.

Thoughts? Experiences?

Sometimes you have to wait 2 weeks or so for the backend information to be updated
