Just created my personal account and got verified within 12 hours after submitting a photo of my passport taken on my iphone and a copy of my bank statement.

I wonder if creating an account under my LLC will be as smooth as this.

Anyone has any been through this and would tell me their experiences? Hopefully its the same process, cost me $1k to establish my LLC

That happens sometimes -- down the road you may get the business license and utility request

When you send in your bank statement, was it a digital pdf copy or a pic you took on your phone from a paper statement?

THere's no common sense to amazon, just prepare for the worst each time you make an account and be ready to counter anything they throw at you.

I downloaded the statement straight from my bank account settings and uploaded to amazon, it was 5 pages or so.

I asked because Amazon sometimes say to black out your account # and monetary details when sending them bank statements. I've sent them pdf bank statements with no black out details and have been instantly verified in the past. And also have been denied. I've tried printing a copy of statement, blacking out details then take a pic and upload and that was denied. Seems it just depends on the rep.

You'll have to show them account/routing/name/address, everything else can be blacked out

I actually didn't black out anything, just downloaded the PDF straight from bank account and uploaded. Guess I was lucky or idk.

out of the hundrds of accounts i made for me and others, never had that happen before.. strange
