Suspended for Forged Invoices. Is there any hope?
 

My account was suspended in June last year. Amazon requesting invoices as they usually do
As I dropship from Walmart, I didnt have any. So I had some forged. This was detected and my account was suspended
I have written all the way to Jeff's team but there is basically no chance of reinstatement
I want to get my money out. It is about 20k. Is there any hope here?

Little to no chance of getting account back, high chance of getting money back. Take them to court, provide your Walmart drop shipping receipts, you will get your money.

why should AMZN not give you back your money?
if your buyers get their merchandise and not filling disputes or chargeback,AMZN has no reason to hold on to your money.
It could be a 180 days hold since cc chargebacks could come in.

Complain to the BBB. This will get a response from them.

Amazon will keep your money if the problem is "inauthenticity".

Other issues they should let you get the money out in 3 months.

As far as invoice for OP, there'll always a paper trail if you buy from somewhere. SPecially walmart.

You could have used the receipts as invoices. If the receipt clearly shows some basic things then Amazon will accept them.

I would say the account is toast. You should be able to get money back unless you was selling foofoo. Now unfortunately they may suspect all kinds of other things due to foofoo invoices.

dont use receipt from walmart, they will not work.
You need invoices and a proper plan of action...

It is possible to get your money out yes
but you need to give them what they are asking for

They still work from time to time, but your best bet is getting legit invoices and using companies that can accept and confirm a call from amazon

YOU GUYS ARE NOT READING-
HE bought from WMT,but when AMZN asked for proof of invoices,he forged them and AMZN found out they are forged.
It could think these are stolen goods!$20k ?

Instead of sending the WMT receipts,he made up some invoices!
