Mostly people use 24vc or ipburger vpns to get fresh/dedicated IPSs. :)

Avoid VPS

Go with virtual box (free) and either IPburger or 24vc

woudn't amazon track MAC address? just use dedicated IP will still link your suspended az account if you use the same computer

When running 2 Amazon accounts: 2 separate Laptop, 2 separate Hotspot devices; do you need to track the IP address of each hot spot devices every time you connect? Or does the Hotspot devices have static ip address?
