Anonymous LLC?
 

I've been researching Anonymous LLCs. Is this something that would be more "legal" than a regular LLC?

I had a ghost account made for me and I'm just trying to figure out how to set up an LLC for it. Not sure if it's best to use my name or the details from the Amazon account.

I don't want to get in trouble with taxes and I fear getting audited. Maybe an anonymous LLC would be better? Anyone have any experience with this?

Well....

You can make or buy LLC companies that really are not attached to anything at all BUT they dont have EIN so.....In order to get an EIN, you need your SS# since 2001

If you have deep pockets, I know sources for aged/shelved companies with EINs that do not have a SS# Now I mean deep pockets like many, many, many thousands of Dollars. All are Montana LLCs and Corps.

Do you mean anonymous LLC in that your name does not appear on the state website?

Look into new mexico LLCs if that is what you're referring to. They are one of the only ones that don't require your information to be on the state website (I believe)
