Amazon EU seller account lose access. what this email mean?

Hi, i have a EU seller account with no access (deleted account)

What this email mean? any one know ?

It seems to mean literally what it says.
You don't have an outstanding balance with them.
They are unlocking it so you should be able to access it but this could take time.

Be patient, wait for their email with regards to your account being unlocked. If you
Don’t here anything for a while then fire an email over to customer support or escalate the case
