Anyone see this before?

-Inauthentic suspension

I am the brand owner & Have all legal rights to the product. I appeal with invoices from my companies brand. They reply:

“We are still reviewing your account we will send you an email when we finish review.”

It has now been 5 weeks. I messaged them twice for an update and no response at all.

Wtf does this mean? There’s nothing to review I own the brand and all rights to all products on the account. A simple 30 sec google search will confirm my company and website.

How long can they take? Indefinite time frame?

Now I understand why there are solictors / lawyers just dedicated to handling Amazon cases in the US.

Amazon appear to be doing what ever the hell they want. As well as eBay ... they can not become monopolies. It is a danger to the public.

Try calling into seller support and escalating your issue

Or you can also try reaching out to jeff@amazon.com

If you're the owner and have all the legit paper work you should be able to resolve your issues
