Amazon Bank Statement
 

Hi,

I'm about to create a US Amazon seller account. I will register as an individual, so not with an LLC.

As I understood they will ask for a scan of an ID or Passport and a bank statement.

1. I have a 1:1 customizable photoshop bank statement that once done can be saved in PDF. If it is well done, is there any way that Amazon could detect that this isn't a real statement?

2. Except for a bank statement, an id/passport, my SSN and the basic information such as address and phone number, will Amazon.com ask me for anything else before I can start selling?

Even before I listed anything? And even if I register as an Individual and not with an LLC?
Anything else they could ask for?

Hey guys, also I was wondering. Is it ok for Amazon if I send a clear photo of the ID or it needs to be a scan?
