Can not access my account without any reason/notifications...strange case
 

Firstly, I am not a native English speaker, please let me know if there is anything unclear...:mod:

I used the stealth method and opened a seller account like three weeks ago in my school library. For the first couple of weeks I was selling used text book and everything was fine, then I got back to sell what I normally sell. For the first couple of days I was fine, until this Monday, one of my listing sold out, and on Tuesday I went to library to get the buyers' addresses, then I found out I couldn't log in to my account. There is no notifications from Amazon in my email account, the last email I received was the "your listing XXXXXX has been sold out" email....I tried the "forgot your password" function but no confirmation email received....I checked my other listings, they are all removed.....this is so weired, I emailed them on Tuesday but have not received any reply yet, I emailed them 3 more times today. Then I checked if my storefront was still exist, yes, its still there, but no products in my store, and I can still see the feedbacks for my account.

Anyone experienced this situation before? My account just disappeared without any notifications? I can not even log in to my account....I have money in it (have not filled in bank account).... I will update you guys on this issue, if I receive reply from them by any chance....

I'm thinking it's possible that somebody else uses the library to log in to their Amazon account too. If so, you're both in the same position.

Have you seen anyone else swearing and kicking chairs lately?

Do not use public or school library, friends or neighbors, it's not safe. You have no control over IPs and what other people do on the same computers.

and one more story, about 2 years ago, i rent an expensive private wood cabin in TN by the river, very few people there, spent a week. during that time, i logged in 3 different ebay accts. and then after a week, boooom, all got suspended for the same reason of related to a someone else evil ebay id that i've never heard of.

Sounds like you are suspended/blocked and they have not gotten around to telling you yet, sorry.

But at least they should allow me to log in and add my bank account.....I have money in my account and I couldn't log in....

Actually this situation happened before, I registered an account early July then after couple of days, I couldn't log in any more. I emailed them millions of times, finally in late July, they replied my email and said that they re-activated my account...weired...

Anybody has an idea of what it is? Amazon Payments application? Well, my 14 days hold period ended on Aug 3rd, I received an email that asking me to add my bank account. Then I got blocked?

Holy ****, this is new. Never heard of this before. This MUST be because they somehow figured you are using a stealth account and refuse to send funds to a bank account with a **** name on it.

Well, it's a good lesson. Read more posts in the forum about Amazon then decide your next move.

But I never add my bank account! They don't have any of my bank information. So basically after the 14 day period they review your account again, even you do not have bank account information on file. I have other Amazon accounts still alive (registered by using same method) but right now, I am so nervous and I don't know what to do....for this account, I sell text books first then I sell video games couple of days before the ending of 14 day period, maybe that is the reason? They think I am selling counterfeits?

Never ever seen that one before. I would be willing to bet that is their newest canned excuse for dubbing you persona non grata.

Re #9...They told you the application for Amazon Payments was denied even though you didn't actually sign up? Weird.

Well, you should now know...don't sell stuff until you have a bank account you can dump the money into. I wonder if they are just going to take that money now. Starting to smell like Paypal.

Lessons from ebay, the generic get rid of small sellers treatment for any auction site. I blame ebay.:fight:

I opened a new account just now by using same method, everything is different, I listed another text book, I will see how it goes. I have a friend who can give me credit card numbers that can be verified with any name or addresses, I don't know how he managed to get those cards, but those cards are all mastercards and he is able to set exp. date whenever as he wish, and its not gift card. I have been using his cards for a while, so I am guessing Amazon can spot ⊗⊗⊗⊗ credit cards right now.

Yes, thanks for your advice, ovidiu. I will just sell textbooks or random stuffs until after two weeks and I successfully get the money deposit into my bank account. Then I will start slowly with selling my real stuff. I will keep updating to let you guys know.

changed, now in my own apartment, I reinstalled system, ip changed, everything different.

I won't let them just take my money, I will email and call them everyday until I get my money back, and I will keep opening new accounts.

Tell me I am reading this incorrectly. You are going on about being unable to use amazon and you are using a false cc?

Yes my other account just got banned because didn't pass the payment application

I am not sure if that is false cc, because I don't know how he get those cards, it seems like he can just generate a card for me, and after I verified, he delete that card.

You should probably ask your friend some serious questions, before he gets you tossed in the clink.

Also, I would be doing some serious process evaluation of recent experience on Amazon. I'd be holding off on all the new account setup until I had some answers.

But I'm me - and you aren't. Only expressing my perspective about analyzing events.

I suggest you think very carefully about the posts and advice you have been given. All does not appear in order so check the situation carefully.
