AMZ listings handling time changed

AMZ listings were randomly changed to an extra day added in handling time in the shipping menu, then back again to the original time after 3 days.

I'm the only one selling. Can people change the handling time on someone else's listing?

Edit. Under my edit inventory screen listings all had 2 day. In the shipping menu they had 3 days handling.

You select/edit the handling time, unless I'm not understanding the issue
