He claims the items arrived damaged.
However, he has also mentioned inauthentic in his customer comments for each return. I guess he really wants his refund!
Are his comments enough to be picked up by Amazon or are they looking for 'inauthentic' in the return reason heading (where you initially choose the reason for your return request from a drop down menu)?
He has already been refunded but i suspect Amazon bots will pick up on his inauthentic wording. |
