Will amazon bots pick up on this?
 

Customer has requested return for 2 items under headings 'accidental order' and 'damaged item'.
He claims the items arrived damaged.

However, he has also mentioned inauthentic in his customer comments for each return. I guess he really wants his refund!

Are his comments enough to be picked up by Amazon or are they looking for 'inauthentic' in the return reason heading (where you initially choose the reason for your return request from a drop down menu)?

He has already been refunded but i suspect Amazon bots will pick up on his inauthentic wording.

Yes its always a possibility that it will be picked up, I would recommend getting your invoices ready for immediate submission incase they do request proof, doesn't hurt to be ready.

TBH, its like rolling dice. if it is your first then maybe expect something. Otherwise you can never tell when Amazon wants to follow up.

As Garry mentioned - better to be ready.
It's not 100%, but surely there's a possibility.

Absolutely.
There's always a chance not to get any actions from Amazon at all, but to my mind it depends on account age, metrics, claims history etc.
