Capital, credit hacks when suspended?
 

Hi guys,

So Amazon has decided to suspend my account for IP violations. While waiting to get reinstated, they have $35k on hold. Crazy thing is I got the "payment is on the way" email on Friday, Suspended the next day, and Amazon retracted the funds. Did not know if they could even do that.

So unfortunately, I have about $10-15k to pay off on credit cards within the next 2 weeks. Any recommendations on something similar to a balance transfer, etc?

The credit card is a business card issued by Chase Ink.

Any recommendations, experiences?

You cannot put together a POA/docs/invoices for the suspension?

I would be focused on working on that

If that is not possible, I would be looking into arbitration with 35K on hold

I should have stated in the OP, I have already submitted an appeal but have heard it can take weeks for a response.. and of course without guaranteed reinstatement. I just want to prepare for the worst and hope to avoid having to pay interest on my credit cards as much as possible, as well as maintain credit score

Seller performance are usually pretty good with response times currently.
When did you send the appeal?

My original suspension email said to appeal to notice disputes. I sent the appeal 5 days ago. Should I send to seller performance as well?

Big banks are more understanding than you think. You can call, explain the situation, and ask for a 1-2 month holdover time where they freeze your card and don't charge interest or fees. Be prepared to send them a screenshot of the funds in question.
