Help with suspended account!!
 

Hi guys, so im new here and have done some reading around but dont know how to go about this...
I was suspended from Amazon due to buyer complaints. My items are genuine and im authorized to sell them yet I had a "false" IP report issued against me, perhaps from a competitor...
I need some advice on how to deal with this, as my previous POA didnt work and dont want to lose this account..

You need to go back to Amazon with a POA which addresses their concerns, but also to prove your an authorised distributor of the brand, send them evidence of this (authorisation letters and invoices)

You simply just need to prove that your products are genuine and authentic.

good news that your items are genuine, im presuming you have the original invoices for the referenced ASINS?

Would be good to see your original POA and see how you dealt with what Amazon was requesting

The plan of action should be to the point and concise. with little waffle about other issues.

Did you provide them with invoices along with your original POA?

I sent the invoices but I’m guessing my plan was not great... as they requested more detail

As others suggested - just post your written POA here, there are a lot of people who dealt with POAs.
We may help you with that. :)
