If I have an AWS account for my personal website will this link my Stealth Amazon account if logged in to both from same IP address but different laptops?

it depends if AMZN MARKETPLACE AND AMZN AWS are 2 separate operations independent of each other.
This is probably off topic,but there was a time WMT has asked its suppliers to wean themselves off AMZN AWS for fear AMZN would know too much of WMT.

WMT = Walmart.

They are a fierce rival of Amazon, and it's understandable why Walmart wouldn't trust their data to them. There might also be some contractual reasons keeping sensitive company data with an approved vendor.

BTW, Amazon Marketplace and Amazon Web Services (AWS) are two separate divisions that run more or less independently of one another. AMZN has a total of five primary divisions; Amazon.com, AWS, Alexa, Whole Foods Market, and Amazon Prime.
