Taking Amazon to Arbitration on a Stealth Account?

I got suspended on Amazon in January 2019 because Amazon wanted invoices to prove that I was selling authentic items. These items were never sold, so no buyer complaints. Anyway, I sent Amazon a POA and invoices but everything kept getting rejected. This week I've been attempting to get my funds from Amazon which is $6500. I got a message from Amazon today that they will not be distributing my fund and will be holding them permanently. I have been wondering about taking Amazon to arbitration. This is a stealth account, but it's in my own name. Would I have a chance under these circumstances? Anyone else done it before? Thank you!

Not sure there is much point in going to arbitration over 6.5k, the cost it just wouldnt make sense.

Better off to continue to appeal.

I agree, better to continue to appeal, but be specific in addressing each violation on your account in the performance center.

If correctly addressed your much more likely to receive your funds

Good luck

Your betting off appealing over and over.

Better off appeal.. A few companies do these with guaranteed money back if they can't do it. Just do a search online. If you can't find them dm me here

Nail the appeal, answer all violations and twisted from amazon
Escalate it if needed and keep trying with your poa

If under $10k, you can make Amazon pay arbitration fees.

Yes but expensive to take them in the first place before you win the case

I would suggest appealing for funds then taking them to arbitration should it fail
