Account Linking
 

I made 1 invoice for a client to send to Amazon. They got a message back that their account was suspended for linked accounts. My client thinks that the doc is the problem but I do not see how that could be possible. I have seen that using a SKU instead of EAN/UPC for listing can cause it to be linked since SKU is seller specific unless it is private brand. Can someone confirm this or give any other informations?

Your client should be able to find out the account which their account is linked to by calling in. If they ask enough they will find out.

Did you remove the exif information from the doc?

I have never had a client say this before and this is not my first time doing invoices. This is why I ask
