Copyright brand claim on Amazon stores detected by learning machine?
 

I have researched that some copyright/brand claims are made on Amazon not always by the main owner but also from companies in charge that protect the brand ,on their website are mentioned they have learning machine , so they detect the list just from the keywords? for example if you put in the word of your list like apple ,Samsung but nothing to do with it ,they can still detect it and make a claim to Amazon for brand copyright?

They are looking to see if there are sellers online selling their products

Larger brands/companies have more eyes on it

their are automated systems in place aswell as employees who browse Amaozn to protect their brand.

if you get suspended because of an IP infringement issue, then you can appeal that to get reinstated

a lot of the time, competitors also report your listings for many different reasons in attempt to kick you off and increase their own sales.

If I was on Amazon I would select the right and wrong claim made instead to take watever claim as true and suspend accounts otherwise you have to be careful to add your list to any offer at this point:behindsofa:
