Using a foreign Passport to verify?

Hi there,

I’m trying to set up everything to make my first Amazon Stealth account. I’m based in the UK. If I register my account under my friends name and verify with her Argentinian passport, would this be accepted or not? Anyone have experience with doing something similar?

A passport from a different country is ok as long as their current address is in the UK.

Also if you are using a friends details make sure they are fully aware
