Hi , 2 years ago amazon banned my account, I wish to back
I opened a new company for a diffrent person, I also change broadband provider , I have new computer bust still the same adrees .
can someone give me advice about the address Do I need to get a new?

Usualy stealth protocols for the address. Or you can register the business to the accountants address.

I can get different address , Do You know that amazon wants proof for any bills from that address, Can I use virtual office?

yes they will sometimes request a utility bill, ID and various other documentation like bank or credit card statements

You can still try to recover your old account

I tried, 3 professional appeal letters, unfortunately without effect, MAYBE ANY IDEA?

This all depends on the type of suspension etc without this its impossible to advise.
