amazon scamed me for 18k eur

amazon closed 2 of my accounts nearly 2 years ago with a total ballance of 18k EUR
for one of them they deleted the login completly for the other one they refuse to pay me out.
after asking how i can get my founds they told me to f*ck off and not to talk to them again

"we cant withdraw it at this time, further mails will be ignored"
no reasons or info said.

Do i need to take them to court or is there any way to solve this issue?

please do not contact me with appeal services. I am ready to pay a good % but only on succses if you offer an appeal service

You are in Germany, go to the police and file a report and then let your lawyer follow up with this bull****. Don't forget to file a complaint with the Bundeskartelamt as well.


I am ****ing sick to the bone with this freaking company stealing people money!! They are losing money on almost every sale they make and they want to make it up via predating on sellers.

Amazon has the right to withhold your monies if they deem your product to be counterfeit or In violation of rights holders.

Did you Wright an appeal for funds and escalate the case to jeff ?

It is definitely worth a shot!

Failing that I would take them to arbitration

i sold used retro games and had i think 3 complains about counterfeit items (items were used games which i resold)(that is maybe 0,2%. idk if that can be a reason). Jeff didnt want to help.

I asked you for help josh, but you didnt want % instead of your fixed payments rates and you didnt agree. i am still up for it and would offer 20% of the sum in case of succses

in germany small court (amtsgericht) is until 5.000 EUR
more than 5.000 i need to go the biger one (Landesgericht)

Amazon has been stealing sellers money since 2005 .why bother selling on there anymore not worth time and effort Amazon is now a ponzi scheme!!!

was a high end electronics seller back then amazon started mass deleting accounts 2006 2007 before xmas right about the time of the housing crash ! never to recovered those big sales again. Was very difficult to get accounts started and keep going from then on alot of lost money from honest sellers .

Thats when they started to go down hill.I don't sell anymore. the platforms got to big and greedy and there is nothing that is worth while to sell if you were able to all the top categorize are locked down they want you to sell little cr@p items worth pennies. screw them . Amazon is not that great as deals go I shop from regular websites now and get better deals.It was great in its infancy not now they made it to difficult and could ccare less if sellers got paid .
