Dealing with Inauthentic complaint - POA
 

I have in the past been successful in my 'Plan of Action' appeal and invoices.

I questioned the sincerity of the complaint but also wrote out in some detail ways i could improve my listings so it doesn't happen again.

Looking at future complaints (they will happen at some point)...i'm wondering if it's worth saying the wrong item was sent? It would make a POA quite straightforward (addressing how the mistake was made and how this would be fixed).

Amazon are basically looking for sellers to admit there is a problem and say how they have fixed it so it doesn't happen again.

Worth a shot or better to stick with inauthentic denial?

You can certainly use that as a point for one of your root causes but I wouldnt entirely base the appeal on that

Amazon want to see the corrective actions taken to ensure it doesn’t happen again and of course they want invoices

Just another point. Is it unusual to receice a suspension almost 2 months after the complaint was made?
Amazon took down the listings at the time but now (2 months later) they are asking for a POA and invoices.

Your account may have got flagged for other reasons of which they are requesting this information

Alternatively they do routinely ask for such information depending on the items you are selling. If your activity has risen recently etc

Seller nowadays is so easy to get suspended

You must follow stealth procedures and when or if you do get suspended know how to deal with a suspension
