If I use a VPN do i need to use a new router?

I'm buying a cheap laptop for my seller account. If I'm using a VPN on the new laptop, do I need to use a different router if my original account was suspended using that router on a different PC?

The two popular ones people use on this site are IP Burger and 24vc. I personally use 24vc. I have been using it for about a month.
