I had deleted my inventory and still got rejected on my 3rd appeal...so this was not key.
Interestingly, on the 3rd rejection i was asked to appeal again through my seller account page (click on appeal button) rather than just reply to amazon rejection email | I am in the same boat, however in my whole chain of emails with amazon, they did not once require a POA. Just kept asking me to send invoices + auth letter from the supplier which I did.
After which I would receive the same email template saying "We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account.
Why did I receive this message?
You have not sent us sufficient information that we previously requested from you to address our concerns with your account. For privacy reasons, we do not provide details about our investigation methods."
Any thoughts on how to move foward with this? Can I still tweak the original rejected invoice or auth letter?
Edit: Forgot to mention, my invoices / letters are done by an approved seller here
