Amazon appeal rejected - in Italian?
 

Just sent a POA and invoice in and received the usual rejection wanting more detail...but this time their standard email reply was in Italian.

Using google translate i can see it's identical in content to the English version but i do have to wonder if they know what they are doing?

I'm beginning to think they reject most first appeals out of hand as this one had a fair bit of detail and length.
However, they did notice that one ASIN was missing from the invoice so they have at least checked that.

Back to the drawing board for appeal number 2 then....

No, I went through the normal appeal link in performance notifications.

The first appeal you simply fill out the online form where prompted....I think the 2nd and 3rd appeal you reply to their 'not enough information' email?

If the appeal addresses the violations they can reinstate on first attempt

Tempted to resubmit an old POA that passed. I wonder if they keep a record what has been submitted?
Perhaps rearrange some paragraphs?

I've closed all my listings with a stated declaration to revise each one. On my last appeal i deleted my entire itinerary and started afresh. I wonder if that helped?

Just to add....one of the ASIN's they asked for is unrelated to the case. It hasn't got a complaint against it and was not removed by Amazon like the others.

I'm going to email them back and ask for clarification. I have to wonder if something went wrong to send an italian email to me?
