Can new accounts do FBA?

I have a new amazon account and was wondering if I could do FBA? would i have the buy box if I do FBA?

You could always try FBA - I don't know about the buy box part though

Yes you can. Doing FBA will give you an advantage over merchant fulfilled sellers.

There are many third party sellers on AMZN marketplace who do their own packing and shipping?
