Invoiced Orders - Negative Balance

I do not get too many invoiced orders, but how do you guys handle a negative balance from an invoiced order? I'm not quite sure why Amazon handles it separately. I don't really run into negative balances too often, but this does throw me off.

Does anybody have any advice?

This is old but I am pumping it because I got the same, a high negative balance in the invoiced section because of a refund, most sales are standard and won't help. Not sure how to handle this with a limited balance VCC! any idea?

They will try the CC first. May let it slide the first time if not enough to cover on the CC and could then be taken from the next disbursement.

can you transfer fund from your bank account to your AMZN seller account?
or buy something from your self?

Buying something won't help since it will go to the standard sales. The negative balance I have is in the invoiced section. I don't understand Amazon's point of separating them.
I had to purchase a high balanced VCC from here to avoid problems.

You kind of answered your question of why this happens.

It's because AZ wants a regular CC to make your account more legit. They are trying to weed out stealth accounts and only want true legit businesses.

You can thank the over seas people that create 100's of account a day for this type of move.
