Linking from Name and DOB

I want to make a new account in my real name that has been banned. I have a passport I never showed Amazon before. Will they link my name to my DOB.?
new computer, dedicated mobile hotspot, new phone number, new address etc.

Have reused my name on my current stealth account for 6 months still operational. I dont think they had my DOB on record on my original account though since account creations now require you to actually input this during creation.
