You can open offshore company in USA if you wan't. then you can open bank account also.

You're welcome? It's nearly impossible for offshore companies to open US bank accounts because all banks require an ITIN or EIN. :attention:

without an agent,I doubt he can open a US bank account,
It was not that long ago,meaning before 2008? Mexican,Brazilian were known to come to this country and open bank accounts,they cant do that anymore.
and if we have bank accounts overseas,we have to report it on our tax return

Payoneer/worldfirst are a couple easier options that allow you to get a US bank account without having to physically be in the US
