"Your current sales volumes are not supported by buyer feedback"
 

Hey guys!
So I got Amazon Stealth account about a month ago. Started slowly and last week I sold about 30 items ( 2900$ in sales) all FBM. ( I have 2 buyer feedbacks)
And today I got an email that my account is under review.

Hello,

We are reviewing your account. Funds will not be transferred to you during the review but will stay in your account. Please continue to ship your orders and only list items that you can ship by the expected ship date.

Why is this happening?
Your current sales volumes are not supported by buyer feedback or an established sales history. As a result, we are reviewing your Amazon.com seller account.

They asking for a plan of action to speed up the process of review.
Is anybody here who can help with a case like that?

Unless, you tell all buyers to leave feedback, your days are numbered. Or fax over some proof of postage or tracking numbers.
I had this once, tried faxing them over but no joy (Number always busy).
Might be the end of your stealth.

AMZN asks for a plan,why not send vendor invoice showing you buy from legit supplier and you have items in stcok,you said you use FBM.
IF YOU are also selling on other venues,show them

wmt.costco,jet.com,wayfair,ebay,tgt,dollar stores are not good suppliers

I sell USED textbooks. I buy them from local students for cash.
So there are no invoices.

So do you think if every item will be delivered on time and there won't be unhappy customers - they will let me run my business on Amazon again?

I have been selling on AMZN since 1990s,books,dvd,VHS tapes,Cds and at one time jewelry and collectibles.
Back then,I sold enough to justiify having a merchant account,then sales slowed ,so I just cancel my account and leave books,dvds,vhs listings on AMZN,I cant sell jewelry because they wont let me,I cant sell collectibles as I dont have an account .
These days,if I get 7 orders in a year,I am happy .and I dont make much money from those orders,just barely break even.
The reason why I suggest a plan is because AMZN ask for one,thats all.he is not committed to submit a plan,just a suggestion,

This is an easy review/suspension

Reach out to all your buyers with a kind message asking them to leave feedback

Assuming your products are not the issue, email back amazon after a few days of contacting your buyers and explain to them that you have already tried asking your buyers to leave feedback.

Have you ever done it?
I know one guy called seller support after getting his account under review and they suspended his account after the phone call.
So I'm kinda worried to touch seller support.

When they were asking for a plan of action, did they specify what?

This is a velocity review, basically you are selling too much but you aren't getting enough feedback. (which I still think it's silly).

They normally do this on accounts taht don't have documents in their file.
